PANDAS / PANS Journal is the initial iOS application designed to assist parents in documenting symptoms and observations daily with the purpose of aiding in the diagnosis and treatment of children with PANDAS / PANS.

What are PANDAS and PANS?

<li>Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections (PANDAS) and Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS) entail a sudden onset of severe anxiety and OCD in children, rendering their everyday lives challenging.</li>
</ul>

Moreover, children affected by PANDAS / PANS might manifest tics, symptoms of depression, irritability, anxiety, and encounter difficulties with academic tasks. While the cause of PANS remains unknown in most instances, it is believed to be incited by infections, metabolic imbalances, and other inflammatory autoimmune responses.
